I'll try to answer your questions as best I can.
Regarding the site admins... it is my understanding that the creator of the website has largely abandoned it and has not been seen for the last two years at least by anyone on the board. "Y" is running the board now with a rather hands-off approach; that is, user accounts are given freely and there is little moderation except in the case of blatant repeated personal attacks or outright spamming. Most mails are not answered other than to set up the user accounts and I believe it is mostly a "helper" doing that in the background.
The board is presented as a place of open discussion on the topic of David Koresh's message and/or the 1993 tragedy, survivor issues, and related topics. Ron Goins used to post on the board on a regular basis (several years ago... he will remember me as "flower child") but there has never been any official affiliation.
I'm sure you've noticed by now that even when you log in with your user name, you can put any name you wish in the "name" field of the post as the login screen is separate. "Baruch Koresh" is not officially affiliated with the board or with Clive's group. I have gotten the impression that he is probably from the Seven Seals / Hidden Manna / Chosen Vessel group and he does seem to be presenting their doctrine or at least something similar to it.
Regarding Charles Pace... I did visit with him briefly on April 19th last year. But, I have not really had a chance to sit down and discuss his beliefs or doctrines with him so I can't really comment in any kind of informed manner about what he is teaching. I will say that he and his wife and children seem like nice people, in the few interactions I have had with them. It is my understanding also that one of the survivors, Ofelia Santoya, has been attending Charles' Bible studies.
I recorded the video that you saw on Youtube and I am the one you hear narrating the video. It was done spontaneously without script or planning as I had no idea that he was going to do that. He didn't make a big show out of it or anything, and most people didn't even realize what he was doing until the smoke started to rise. I don't know what his motivation or intent was. It was suggested by others who were there that the structure was a safety hazard and that may have been part of his reason. I believe I mentioned that in the video as well.
Forgive me for not remembering exactly who said what, etc. Charlie had news footage from '93 playing on a screen in the church, there were news vans parked up by the gate, and I also had never been at Mt. Carmel on 4/19 before. So by the time I walked over to the fire and recorded that video I was pretty shaken up by the whole thing.
Anyway I think I have addressed everything but if there is something I've left out let me know. I'm at work so I may not be able to answer right away *grins*
