Dear Peg,
Thank you for removing the post. Please extend my thanks to Mr. Bezos, know that I will follow up seeing that all posts illustrating the correspondance between us yesterday, up to and including the letter below will be removed from the message boards of the web communities in which they were posted. One site in particular may take till the weekend as it's webmaster is temporarily unavailable...but I assure you, it will be removed. I will see to it that only the post by one posting as
"Stephanie" who brought this matter to our attentions remains...and as well the following will be posted as a summation. All other details will be removed.
Thank you again, and once more I apologize that I was not as calm on day one to think as rationally as I did when writing the letter I wrote you last evening. It was however like I said..."When you see someone attacking your mother...or your best friends mother...you don't ask questions...you just start swinging." True as this may be, it does not excuse my own action even though making the same somewhat understandable. Once more, I apologize to you, to Amazon, and to Mr. Bezos.
Your prompt attention to this matter now on two occasions is not without merit. I look forward to receiving the products I purchased this week, and shall view them in a certain high esteem knowing that in the future should I need to find great deals on books...Amazon is Amazing.
