Well sir, here we are aproaching the "4th" month of the year...I don't see much news about the Williamette anymore...yet I just sent concerns for the Williamette River basin to a resident of your state just days ago. I send them to you now, despite the fact that snowpacks no longer seem to be making headlines, nor concerns of flooding due to the same. Likewise, "experts" at this time seem to be projecting flooding...all of which seem to be at this time emphasizing regions north of and east of Texas.
Just the same, I seem to distinctly recall in January one individual "predicting" to at least 4 government agencies that a certain number of tornados would occur in a certain number of states in a specific timeframe...now as I recall, all of those tornadoes occurred From Texas, and North and East of Texas....all of those Tornadoes but one...seems like that tornado occurred in a pretty isolated area on the Border of Oregon and Washington. Interesting....
Anyway, I hope this letter finds you doing well. I write you now to follow up. You might recall as well My mentioning that 2 new species of Frogs were discovered last year...after 6000 years of recorded history, now in our timeframe...."Frogs from Heaven" if you will. I mentioned to you that several of the Plagues of Egypt manifested themselves since Last year, Boils (MRSA), Locusts(Mexico,Australia, China, Yemen), Murrain (UK, Australia, China, USA), and others.
I mention the Plagues now, because a volcano just made news recently, particularly it's ashes, being carried on the winds to fall in raindrops over Texas...Volcanic ash...Fire, this last week mingled in Raindrops...the same raindrops that were in the Storms which were over Texas this week bringing at least one tornado...hmmm, Hail....Ice, Raining fire and ice in the same timeframe, another of the plagues of Egypt, ....a matter of perception.
I think now other prophecies...ones which fulfilled themselves 2000 yrs ago before the very eyes of the nation (Hebrew) who had anticipated their fulfillment for generations, fulfilled themselves in the person and events of Yeshua Ben Yosef,(Jesus son of Joeseph). And considering what they did to him, I guess even 2000 yrs ago, understanding prophecy was a matter of perception and spiritial understanding.
Wow, they just mentioned that experts are expecting flooding this season again, this time they mentioned "snowpacks" but no regions...guess they are covering thier bases.
You Know on Jan1st, a Tuesday, I sent a letter titled "A New Begining,"
In all those letters sent to you before during and after those tornadic outbreaks in January, with reference to upcoming tornadoes...I pointed in those letters to the warnings last year, ones I refer to as the "five States" warnings, in which tornadic outbreaks in Feb 07 hit five states, after I gave the warning, and again in March 5 more states would get hit again, after the warning was repeated a second time. Then on March 13, Texas flooded in a timeline that I warned of specifically on Feb 22 to Febrary 28th, indicating a timeline of "2-3 weeks away in mid-March," warnings which began being sent to Meterologist in January of 2007, and the same including warnings not only for Texas, but likewise warnings which warned of river flooding to affect 5 states and also cited the Missourri River by name based upon the visions sent to me.
These subjects were brought up to you in January, pointing to the subject of the Jan 1,2008 letter "A New Begining" as a reference for my concerns for your state, and likewise the role of the same concerns and circumstances in relation to the predictions made to you of tornadoes were covered in the letter of Summation to the matter after those predictions were fulfilled. And now, once again, Texas Floods in Mid March, and now seems that unlike last year The citizens of Missourri are not experincing the first major flooding event of the year in May, but rather in March...still, it seems that at issue with all the flooding is.....Five States. Interesting number....Five actually stated something once....seems like it was the Fifth Circuit Court Stated quite a bit back in 1996...interesting year in light of your state is it not? Seems like that was the last time your state recieved major flooding.
Seems like those trial lasted about 5months as well.

hmmm...seems like I warned that 5 states would flood last year for 5 months, the Missourri flooding in May...the 5th month of the year as well.
Also seems like a particular injustice was perpetrated in 1996, that the right of 5 US citizens were violated by the courts of this land...5 Davidian Branch Davidian Seventh Day Adventists, were unjustly imprisoned. Before you form an opinion in this matter or revisit a former opinion you may well wish to visit the link above and see the matter in perspective.
Now considering, that In November of 2007, I began warning that Oregon was going to flood...and it did indeed in December, you may well now wish to consider something else as well; In December I began a second set of flood warnings for your state....
we now approach the 4th month of this year sir....The US government has failed to exhonorate the Branch Davidian Survivors who were wrongly imprisoned... December, January, February, March....."4/08"
I have asked a California city to offer sanction to the Branch Davidian Church, I made a threat of calling off the rain to thier city. Now there the matter of the winter drought...a threat that needs perhaps to be considered...and the fact that despite the fact that we have once again "sprung forward" for the second year in a row in the midst of winter with the annual time change being changed yet again.
I will start praying for your state, and ask the same of others. Truth be known, prayer would do more good than sandbags on any day. That is not to say those prayers should not be offered over the filling of sandbags. You may recount my former advice on the matter. In the event that all of this letter serves as information overload and distracts from the point, my concern sir, is now for the Williamette River an the Williamette River Valley Basin along with the southern communities in your state who could be impacted from flooding to the same areas, and the Flooding will occur in those areas very soon, but not likely before April, not likely, still I shall pray for you and your state. Interestingly enough, California seems to be a point of concern now...but that is another letter, for another time, and likely...to another individual.
