The sun set a couple minutes ago, maybe five or ten. When Sabbath begins, sometimes I find myself catching my breath. Racing Daylight takes on a literal meaning when You are focused on getting all your chores done. I don't always make it. But I diligently try. The weeks in which I do, even by a last moments breath, always seem to go better.
The weeks when I get all my chores done, and settle into Sabbath peacefully are sadly as of late a rarity, but when they occurr, my week goes exceptionally well.
This week, I shall focus on next Sabbath and my approaching schedule to the same more intently.
That I may experience the latter of the experiences. I was told recently to tell you...
to "keep your feast days...." and to "perform your solemn vows."
So Sabbath begins.
I have a half a plate of Chinese food, I am going to eat now, God Bless, and Happy Sabbath.
-Steve
