Well I know what God has taught me on the subject. I guess you will just have to consider that and make up your own mind.
the guy on the right...that's me upwards of 440 lbs. in 2001. I don't know for sure the exact amount and that is a guess. But I do know that several months prior to addressing the issue of my wieght, the last known medical wieghing I recieved was 416lbs. They suggested using 2 scales...seriously, they only had one set that went abouve 400 and had to search for it. They finally found it. After I got under 400 lbs...I used to drive across town to pay 25 or 50 cents at one of those novelty scales that gives you the fortune afterwards. It was in a convenience store and it went as high as 400 lbs. The only scales I could find in those days.
At the time that picture was taken, I was strung out on crack cocaine, marijuana, smoking 3 packs of cigarettes a day, and in and out of mental institutions.
Ellen White addressed the subject of Mental health as well. I have always maintained that my Visions were due to a spiritial Manifestion.
But a couple years ago, I referred to myself as "Scizophrenic", always doing so in quotations, and noting that I was diagnosed such in 1995 after I began having visions.
For the record...you try telling most doctors today you have visions and see what they say to you. I was committed on the basis of a false accusation and I was diagnosed as "Mentally ill" and "Dangerous" due to the same.
I recieved proof about 10 months ago of the false accusation, and my accuser has since, recently confessed. A confession that came on the heels of a letter from the Montel Williams show, informing me that information I had sent them was considered past the first stage of the process and given to thier producers for consideration.
I wrote the show to try and vindicate my name. Told them of the circumstances surrounding my committal, told them that I have been treated dismissively by the medical community since, and have tried to no avail to appeal to Dr.Phil for a second opinion.
I also sent them a letter predicting an earthquake by timeline, specific to the hour and day, and indicating region. The letter was postmarked and sent on a Thursday back a couple months ago...projecting the earthquake for the following day, between the 11 am and 12 noon hour.
Thursday, Nov 29, I print out 2 copies of an article on a quake in Paso Robles CA in 2003, wrote a message on the back of each, and sealed them each in an envelope. One envelope is mailed US postage. On the back of each I wrote 3 fragmented sentences and a reference that there was some uncertainty in the issues. The fragments--"Earthquake tommorrow" "somewhere in Mexico" "11:20-11:57 AM"
At 11:32 AM on Friday morning November 30, Paso Robels had an Earthquake.
Earlier today I addressed volcanic activity. Earthquake are not uncommon during such events.
After the Paso quake, the letter sent US postage, would later arrive sealed, postmarked for reference and with instructions attached to the Montel Williams show as to it's contents, and the need for them to document opening such.

IN the same timeframe on NOV 30, I was in the process of composing a letter which had been started at 4 AM, and was finally sent out between 5:25 and 5:48 PM, A letter whose content pointed to watch Mexico and LA over Sabbath, and called for Immediate prayer in my closing statements "particularly for Mexico, particularly now." In the same timeframe at about 5:35 or so EST. A Volcano erupted 60 miles from Mexico City. It would do Six times over the 24 hour period that followed.
I started documenting my "predictions" in 2006 with the purpose of confronting my family with the truth. The same people who were willing to embrace me as psychic and would give me no peace if I ever gave clue that I had been given a vision which concerned them, no peace until they knew the matter, the same family who would conveniently forget my "visions" once I began to preach...and dismiss me to that of a "madman", something I am not, most definitely am not.
My purpose in documenting my "predictions" in advance...credibility...to emphasize the greater message...the truth that God, My God, the same God who imparts to me my visions, has revealed to me on prophetic revelation as to this generation. In 2001 shortly before that picture above was taken I prayed and asked God to help me. I was told that "I am pleased with your prayer...I am going to honor your prayer, and you are going to tell the world."
"I am going to work such a miraculous change in your life, that there is going to be absolutely no doubt as to the source...they are going to know that it is me, and they are going to know that I am God!"
So what does all this have to do with proper nutrition and observing healthy lifestyle...?
Everything.
I am not doctor, I am not a nurse, I am not a nutritionist. But I have lost 225-250 lbs through proper eating, and exercise, with out bariatric surgery, drugs, fasting or counting calories...that would ever! I never counted calories.
