Below is the Feb22 letter from 2007 with the original "five States" warnings.
You might be saying what does that have to do with dealing with the warning and the Lice outbreaks?
If so, then I say to that...It has everything to do with it...you need to see this...you need to know what has transpired that you might take heed to the greater importance, benefit and blessing...the scriptural and Prophetic Revelation which accompanies this...if it is not obvious to you what is going on by now it should be...I warn you in the Spirit...take heed, watch and Pray.

Today I read reports from Feb 20, indicating that two areas In
Indiana were reporting flooding from the Kankakee river-
Now this is where it get's interesting, the names of the
areas---WILMINGTON, AND SHELBY. both Name of N.C. sites.
Though this may strike you as a duh moment, I have witnessed this
before, it is a foreshadowing of events to come, I don't think N.C. is
out of danger, this is due in part largely to the Timelines, of the
events in correspondance with the letter I composed at the prompting
of the spirit a couple nights ago.
On Jan 31 2007 at 4:54 pm I sent an E-mail warning of a coming flood,
IT IS STILL YET COMING, however I composed the following On Feb 20:

For several weeks I have been warning of a flood. More events have
struck the food supply, in particular salmonella in peanut butter.
Recently I sent an email calling attention to earlier email on October
12 which warned of a long cold winter, a winter which within hours
would start a full month a head of schedule, and while mild in many
places would bring freezing weather to Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma,
Southern California, Florida, and even Mexican border towns, causing
many deaths, extensive property damage, crop damage, and setting the
stage to effect the eco system at the insect population and all the
way up the food chain for the coming season.
Last week I sent another email in follow up, stating that the flood I
warned of was at hand, much sooner than my anticipations of April.
Here is what I could not tell you then.
For over two to three weeks now I have seen in the same repeating
waking vision, a large flood, covering many states, five to be exact.
I am not saying that a flood five states large is coming, and
refrained from mentioning this prior to a couple of hours ago when I
told an individual that the storms which are to bring the flood I
warned of are over Alabama at this time ( 7 pm 2/20/07 ). I told this
person the same information I just shared with you and told him that
it could mean flooding on localized regions from the same storm over
five states, and that I was concerned of a river for the same reasons
( being the size of the area, the only other event in past history to
effect an area of that magnitude other than a strong storm, or inland
hurricane, has been from river flooding).
In September of 2003, a hurricane was heading for North Carolina.
Landfall was predicted to make Myrtle to Carolina beaches and come
inland making a path that would come through Fayetteville. Now I live
in Fayetteville, much of my family lives here, and I had been warning
of such a storm to hit N.C. at that time, particularly stating that it
would be a 100 year storm. It would go inland and travel for several
states causing extensive damage, and it would be called a "storm of
the century,". I knew what was coming, many here in Fayetteville
remembered Fran and Floyd and taped windows even this far inland.
When the rains came and the winds picked up, I stood in my front
yard for nearly four hours, praying in those rains, pleading for God
to spare North Carolina, in particular Fayetteville. The storm did
hit North Carolina, but it veered "unexpectedly" at the last moment
and made landfall at the extreme northern coast on the North
Carolina-Virginia border. So why am I telling you this? To illustrate
a point, God responds to prayer.
This afternoon I saw a storm map that covered five states, including
the Tennessee valley and the Ohio valley. The weather forecaster on
the cable news channel, showed only mild concern for the Ohio river
valley over the next two days. He is wrong.
I have been waiting to see this for 2 to 3 weeks. In just a few days,
North Carolina, is going to get hit, the storm that is coming is going
to hit hard. Pray for Hope Mills. Pray for this state. The warm
temperatures left behind will turn turbulent in the wake of one last
cold front. The precipitation in the atmosphere will turn to heavy
rains on top of already rising tributaries contributing to already
burdened rivers draining off the waters from the melting snows up
north. One more heavy snow up north and the resulting flooding ( from
a 2nd storm front) is only 2-3 weeks away In mid march. I am not a
groundhog, I don't follow the almanac, I am a servant of Jah' and his
judgement is come. This world is filled with violence as it was in the
days of Noah. The blood of the Prophets has come before us. Gods'
people are being called out that they " be not partakers of her
plagues." I have been told to tell you… "five states."
Again ….watch and pray.
