Something else to consider: A physician advised me years ago as to the risks of drinking milk. Among them being that in addition to the prophylactic antibiotics which are routinely added to the feed, to boost milk production, cows are also given additional hormones. So, as we are all part of the great 'food chain', these substances are present in the milk, we drink it, and it then, to a great extent, becomes a collective amount of toxic waste that increases our chances of succumbing to disease, or having other health problems.
And if you really want to read something frightening, look at your food labels and see how much CORN SYRUP is added to everyday products. When lab rats were fed the same percentage of corn syrup as the average American consumes in a day, the rats all died within two months. It is indeed important to take control of what you consume.
