I would greatly appreciate it if you would forward this letter to the Mayor of your City and offer a word of testimony, at least the acknowledgement of the content contained herein.
Dear Mayor Sanders,
My name is Billy Steven Crider, my God given name is Benjamin. In July of 2002, I contacted your city's disaster preparedness agency on the 25th. I announced that I had been receiving visions, that I had accurately prophecied the size, region and timeline of the floods which devastated 26 southeastern Texas counties between the last week of June and the first week of July 2002.
I announced in the same letter to your Disaster Preparedness Agency that I had been given a sleepin vision in first week of July 2002, in which I witnessed a geometric shape in the form of California shake twice and was told the word Coronado. I stated that I had never heard of Coronado prior, and that prior to going to bed the same evening, I had concerns for a quake to strike San Diego.
I sent warning that I believed that the seven seals of Revelations had been being opened since 1995, that I had been given the name Benjamin in a vision of David Koresh, that I had formerly been a Licensed baptist preacher, and that I believed a blended version of many different prophetic interpretations was being fulfilled.
Despite the outrageously bizarre nature of the email, I recieved a reply the same morning from Susan Asterius. Mrs. Asterius, did not make me feel like the mad man I must have sounded like. She was a fine ambassador of your city. I sir, am an Ambassador of the King of kings. Her kindness and polite respectful nature was duly noted as she replied that she appreciated my concerns, but that without scientific data to back my claims, She could not consider me a credible source. She respectfully went on to assure me that she would however forward my concerns to the city of Coronado.
There was one, only one earthquake reported in USGS field maps for the entire month of July 2002 in San Diego County. It occurred 2 days after my warning on July 27th, 2002. It was a 1.2 epicentered in the bay on the Point Loma fault line, directly between Coronado and San Diego.
Last August 26th, 2007. I once again contacted the San Diego OES agency. I recounted the former events. I announced that I had been warning of an upcoming quake to your city for the majority of August. I had at one point specified in emails to a small band of prayer warriors including College Professors, Meterologist, various other contacts, that the quake I was concerned of would not be a Microquake. On August 28, 2007, two days after my sent warning an earthquake of about 3.7 struck Ocotillo Wells.
In the same letter of August 26, 2007, and following letters over the next two weeks, continued Concerns for the City of Galveston Texas were cited, as I had warned in letters and verbal communications since June that the city would indeed get hit by a Hurricane this past season. On September 12, between 7:40 and 8:51 PM est. As Tropical Storm Humberto sat in the Gulf of Mexico, not anticipated to make landfall until late the following afternoon, and then no more than a Tropical Storm, I would announce to your city, via correpondance in group emails, which had included your OES agency that "this is it" that Humberto would be the fulfillment of that I had been warning. Just a few hours later, Hurricane Humberto would Galvestonians by frightfull surprise in the middle of the night and make headlines as becoming the Fastest forming Storm in recorded history. It went from an invest to a Tropical depression, to a tropical storm, to a full blown Category 1 making landfall all in under 16 hours.
Galvestonians were surprised. NOAA was surprised, The SPC was Surprised, But myself, a handfull of Prayer warriors, and San Diegans Were not amongst those surprised. I am feeling led, that soon, after addressing issues within the church, that my group, entrusted to me, including members of The Branch Davidan Survivors will likely be relocating, as I believe I was commisioned in a Vision, and told that I was to finish the work which David Koresh started. I am considering you city.
I realize sir, the controversial nature of my groups affiliations, my most immediate concern is political amnesty and shelter to those members of the tradgedy, those survivors who having served lengthy prison terms to pay a debt to society, a debt which was disputed and has increasling been so since it's being passed upon those members.
I am not here to dispute such things. I am not here to seek media attention, trust me If I wanted such, I would have it.
I am here as a servant of Jah', on behalf of those to whom I have been given, petitioning your city, who having been exposed to scores of letters since last summer, letters which point to the nature of my person as genuinely concerned with the well being of mankind, to my nature as a servant of Jah', and no matter how disputed my claims my be, to the fact the more than sufficient eveidence has been supplied to illustrate that I am Highly intutitive of my enviroment, and natures wrath in the same.
I am asking you sir, will your city offer us one day, a single day of amnesty, will your city cite, that, while you do not know our beliefs you acknowledge our rights to practice them, you have been supplied the evidence of our pursuit of scriptural education and divine affiilations, sir my people, cannot fellowship with one another, under penalty of being re-incarcerated. I do not know if they will take advantage of such an offer, should it be extended, but I know for a people having suffered so greatly, in tradgedy so overwhelming to all side, whose circumstances are still shrouded in mystery, those people sir, my people, would greatly benefit from knowing that if they never see one another in this life again, if they never see another day of freedom, that for one day, some city somewhere in this United States, will stand up and guarantee them a time to embrace one another in reunion, unmolested, sheltered from harassment, to say hello, to say goodbye. I ask you sir, as a servant of Jah', as one who has exhibited a communion with God, one who has petitioned The God of Heaven and Earth, on behalf of your city, on many, many occaisions, will you grant such an opportunity?
If they are to be locked up for the rest of their lives at the end of the day, will you sir, recognizing that the hand of my God has sheltered your city on countless occaisions, extend the same kindness to his servants for just one day in history?
I await your answer.
