there are 3 timelines to be considered at this point... The 11th,12th, and 13th.
Let me start by asking for prayer that I be able to examine at least two more chapters in your manuscript this weekend.
Note that this may seem somewhat Chaotic...but I will place it in perspective as best I can at this time...
here...relates to the 20th day from March 25th, 2008....i.e. Sunday...April 13th. (note November concerns)

I have called off the rain to San Diego for a specific period of time. This is due God instructing me to do so, I feel certain that this is due to a lack of a prompt response to a letter sent to the Mayor, Mr. Sanders. I am still concerned for the City of Los Angeles, please forward this to them, and tell them I shall be in prayer for their city.

Two messages to San Diego...OES...one an Email "Consider my people...19 days" sent on March 26th ( 25 + 19 = April 13)
A message posted on the Mt. Carmel Discussion Board on the 25th...citing only the word..."ONE"
indicating the end of the 1st of 20 days(from Monday) to end April 12, likewise the 1st of 19 days to end on April 12
"Consider my people...nineteen days" Note that this letter was sent in the letter of Mar 26.:

and also note in the letter was a copy of a December 5th 2007
email calling attention to several areas...two with concerns of Flooding (Washington and Oregon had just flooded...) likewise two with concerns of a large earthquak Los Angeles (quake has been stated by size and location...still looming) and immediate attention to Mexico...whose quake occurred on February 12, 2008. in accordance with earlier indications tying the date with the event back in November 2007.

this in relation to Randy Schulley....the only one of 3 government agencies aware of the true starting point of the 20
day timeline.....which began Monday evening...in a letter composed over many hours and not sent until Tuesday Morning the 25th.
The perception of San Diego OES and Oregon OES....concerning actual fulfillment and dates...to the 12th...and 13th
" I just spoke the words..."No More rain over
San Diego for 20 days" I spoke as I was told. I will not recant my judgement."
