the line "I just spoke the words..." was written on March 24th...but sent hours later...on the 25th...I illustrate this to you now for a future timeframe....
Note also the red highlighted portion...the fact that if a response is given...it likely won't come before the 13th...beyond the stated Deadline...likewise...that whether it does or not...at that time...another letter will be sent with a request ( "after that time" )

may consider he should be more concerned with fearing him who hath the power to
destroy the soul. No rain over San Diego for 20 days. I will make my request again
after that time. If I do not recieve a reply at that time...I may well shut up the heavens
that it not rain upon your city until September.

I do not want an apology, I want in plain laguage Yes, Or No. I will not be offended by a No f
or an answer, but silence in this matter, is no longer acceptable. I just spoke the words...

Letter 2 pointing San Diego and Oregon to Sunday the 13th of April...one day beyond the deadline for a response...the Deadline of the 20th day being April 12, 2008.
I have asked my regular group to start praying for Oregon, San Diego, I am sorry, but I can not ask you to do so at this time. I do ask however that you forward this message to Mayor Sanders..."consider my people...nineteen days."

I have called off the rain from San Diego for a period of time that ends April 11th, I spake in the Spirit Monday Night telling them "no more rain over San Diego for 20 days" as I was instructed.

At this point April 4th...you Wendi and Livingstone are the only two people made aware of the actual timeline the words were first spoken on Monday night.
Perception has always been at the core of these messages...note that the 11th is not the 20th day from Monday March 24th...this...is very important, very. It will take on greater meaning later. Mr. Fagan, I must apologize yet again, as I have not gotten to Chapter 3.
I will make it a point of emphasis for this Sabbath. While distractions do arise...this week it has simply been a struggle in the Spirit. I knew such was coming...I believe I cited such. There is another aspect as well, it is that when the Spirit takes over...my flesh is on automatic so to speak. I yield to him through her and what happens happens. Please keep me in your prayers sir. I would not at all be surprised if another "congregation" should show ranks with Charles Pace soon, not saying such will happen, only that I would not be surprised.

April 12th, now the 13th and subsequently the 14th.... On April 11th, 1993 Two letters went out from David...on 14th...his manuscript of the first seal went out. I am assuming it was finished on the 13th. Consider that Hillary Clinton was in Waco recently campaigning and likewise several members of the ATF visited Mt. Carmel again recently on Feb 28th, for the first time since 1993.
I do not know why I wrote April 11th...I only know it was impressed upon me of the Spirit...that a Dual Message on March 26th
"Consider My People...nineteen days" points those on the Mt. Carmel Discussion Board to the true deadline of April 12th. The same...points those who would scoff, and draw conclusions...to a deadline which ends on Sunday April 13th. Still Signifigant...as relating to Randy Schulley at the California State office of OES, likewise...I suspect Oregon, while skeptical...is at least paying attention. To Mayor Sanders...personally the message I percieve will not take much meaning until the 19th day...April 11th...When a warning will be issued to Randy Schulley for Los Angeles, likewise this letter will be posted on the 19th day...April 12th on Mt Carmel.
At this time the letter here of April 4, will go only to Livingstone and Wendi...please watch and pray...let me be judged by my Spirit.
I suspect April 14th, this year, the fifteenth anniversary of the World
