Just read the first 4 paragraphs, and assure you, you will have more than enough motivation to read this entire letter. 20 days ago, I contacted your OES department, and announced that I had called off the rain to your city for 20 days. Now I know of a couple of very isolated trace amounts of precipitation in the county...but in your city...THERE HAS BEEN NO RAIN FOR THE 20 days. The Time period in which I spoke, as I was told by the Spirit of God "NO Rain over San Diego for 20 days" was actually on the 24th of March. The letter to OES, and as I recall to your office, likewise another CA OES official, and an Oregon OES official went out on the 25th and 26th, SD OES and your offices on the 25th. The timeline actually completed itself yesterday evening. Sir....WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR THUNDERSTORM WHICH WAS FORECAST NEARLY A WEEK IN ADVANCE? The Thunderstorm which was forcast by the NWS to bring Severe Storms, likewise by others in the meterological community at least a quarter inch of rain to your city? I know what happened to those rains. YOUR CITY GOT ZILCH....NADA....NOTHING.....pretty much the same that I recieved in any form of reply to a request petitioned of your offices in the first Part of the Year. I told you sir, I am a servant of the Most High God, Jah' the living God, God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. I think you need to have a heartfelt conversation with SD OES about the things I have told concerning events I have forewarned your city of. That 3 day timeline for reply, to this letter, the timeline set in Motion on March 24th, and 25th...the clock is ticking sir. Before I go further, perhaps your own news media, might go far in helping you to decide what to do with this letter. Tell me sir, is this an election year for you? In my earlier letters to you, my first in fact, I told you of at least two earthquakes forewarned of to your city. I know of at least one more...but then, that is not the topic of this letter. The former ones however, do fit into this. Consider this media outlet for your city, and at this point it doesnt matter if what I am about to share with you mysteriously vanishes or not...too many people already aware of it and monitoring, likewise, it well archived. I am quite vocal about "predictions," and such, and had intended to answer you inquiry in private...you have my email address should you care to make further inquiry, but that matter...you had it in September as it was posted here. Now with the burning question in the Greater Metro of San Diego, I recall addressing your OES recently, and requesting a letter be forwarded to Mayor Sanders. It seems San Diego is quite a large county, much like the City of the same namesake. A marker comes to mind...perhasp San Diego OES would scratch thier heads for the moment, wondering just what it is I am driving at...but one other Government Agency would be more informed at this point...your State OES, whom I began contacting last November and/or December with concerns of a rather large event for another So Cal city...a quake, but I will have to put that on hold for the moment. Now that I finally have your attention, let's look at some of the last things I have tried to make you aware of in effort to prevent this event we now come to. I wish to look at 5 letters sent previously to either your office, your city's OES office or both, and the last of which will bring this letter to a summation of the purpose of my writing at this time and restating of an earlier request. And it was a request, not a demand, not at that time. One which you well had the power to simply honor with a yes, or a no. A "no" would have been more respectful than the silence recieved in the matter. 3 of the 5 letters, were sent to your OES office, and requested to be forwarded to you. One, predates my letter to you.
