Now the next two references, both letters more recent to San Diego OES, detailing the events of
February 12th, 2008 as they fufilled the warnings of December 5th, 2007. Both letters which were
requested of San Diego OES to be forwarded to your office Mayor Sanders.
The first listed as "Reference Three" is a letter which
in spite of forecasts already in place by the NWS for both rain to your city over the last weekend of
March and thunderstorms for the first week in April, Forecast quite a different event for your fair city.
One with NO RAIN for a certain timeframe. A timeframe in which Your city indeed saw NO RAIN.
Likewise what reports did manifest themselves in the surrounding cities in your county, were less than
impressive fulfillments of the forecasts of meterologists and the NWS. And just hours ago, it seems that
after and I mean directly upon and after the fullfiment of all 3 timelines in place surrounding the 20th day
forecast for your city, the state of California, makes headlines and History in light of "No Rain."
Interesting indeed.

Dear San Diego OES,
All these letters but one, were sent to you...for months I warned you of a quake coming to Mexico...
and even the one that sent to you on Nov 6th, was indeed mentioned to you well before February 12th.
Here are the dots that you may connect them and see them plainly, without all the Rhetoric...just the one quake and all the letters which led to it...you may well recall that when I wrote you in August...I was concerned for a large quake to your city this coming summer....I suggest you take this seriously.
I have supplied you more than enough examples to give spiritial warning that your city can act upon without
my being a "scientificly credible source".... you had best well recall all that I have accurately told you.
I am no pyschic, I am a servant of the Most High God...and I assure you, this is not the rambling of a Madman...I have accuratly fortold many events to you, No less than 2 earth quakes to your city, floods and earthquakes else where around the world...at least one hurricane and many in very plain language...now while this Feb 12 Mexican quake may seem to have been all vague references...as I said, here are the dots. You are now facing an Extreme drought, I recommend you consider this an Emergency for your city.

Let's see, Tuesday November 6th,
Earthquake in Mexico. No big deal right?

OES the nature of the 4 letters sent last year, placing the Mexico quake into proper perspective has already been explained to you, I writing now to recap, place the perspective by emphasizing only the events which led to the FEB 12, 2008 6.9 quake, and to tell you, that when I wrote you on August 28th, your were experiencing flash floods...at this time, I don't think have to worry about that kind of event any time soon. Please fwd this to the Mayor of your city, Mr. Sanders, and tell him, I am calling the rain to your city. He has had ample time to respond to my request. "No" would have been a more respectful answer than to just be dismissed with silence. I understand he may not wish to offend me, and likewise that he does not wish to offend others who would not approve of his correspondance with me, so I ask you to forward this that he may consider he should be more concerned with fearing him who hath the power to destroy the soul. No rain over San Diego for 20 days. I will make my request again after that time. If I do not recieve a reply at that time...I may well shut up the heavens that it not rain upon your city until September.
I bless them who bless me, and I curse them who curse me. I want an answer to my request, I do not want an apology, I want in plain laguage Yes, Or No. I will not be offended by a No for an answer, but silence in this matter, is no longer acceptable. I just spoke the words..."No More rain over San Diego for 20 days" I spoke as I was told. I will not recant my judgement.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
