Note to DB...as I said, not once during the twenty days which accumalated to CA setting historic heat records on April 12, did the Metropolitan city of San Diego recieve rain, this despite NWS forecasts. The precipitation which did fall in the county, amounted to "trace" amounts and by definition "no measurable amount" this would include the two isolated regions referenced in the first week of April as "throughout the city" in news articles, which even in the county failed miserably to meet the expectations of the NWS. Keep in mind however...the focus was on the City of San Diego, and it's Mayor, Mr. Sanders.
Watch And Pray. Keep LA in your prayers, attention now turns to London. "30, On Nov 15 and 6/5"
