I'm sure the authorities are frustrated there by now. I mean, look how frustrated the US gov't became after only 51 days. Honestly, I'm surprised there has only been a report of a suicide attempt, rather than a "mass suicide" or perhaps even a blatant attack.
Maybe everyone else learned from the mistakes of the USA as well.
