This weeks audio sermon will be "The Root of Jesse" It is in conversion now, and should be available in about an hour and a half.

A note here...you may have noticed the carefull language by which I use when closing sometimes...there is habit across the land as of late in which people say "God bless you" to total strangers...such behavior is dogmatically cited in scripture as sinful. By this, I do not mean to say those who would do such to promote themselves as "spiritial"...I mean the actual offering of Blessing to the wicked...or to total strangers who may be wicked...
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

There is an interesting article here which points to the same, and illustrates that the term "Good Bye" was actually a form of this...I don't know how true the latter holds in this society...but everyone gets the full implication of the words..."God Bless You" and we, as believers are wrong to offer such to the wicked, period. By doing so, those who committ such, joint the ranks of the wicked and remove themselves from blessing.
