Well, it seems here we are, three for three...more of that "Coincidence stuff" I guess. Yeah, whatever. But all things considered, when I ask you, "When is the last time San Diegans FELT AN EARTHQUAKE?" the question at this point takes on a little more meaning...does it not?
What about all those other "coincidences" to which you have been privy, a few of which are named in the letter below?
In N.C. we are known for our hospitality...I know some Californians here in N.C. and they are quite polite, and friendly.
Mayor Sanders, do you not consider it impolite to refuse to acknowledge the correspondance of others? I guess one would say I don't have anything to do with San Diego...but then, one should consider the warnings given in the past...the results of those warnings, and the continual prayer offered for your city.
I am told most recent to no longer make intercession for your city at this time.

Dear San DIego,
I see that a 5.3 quake struck up above San Francisco last night. Interesting, considering what I was told your state last night, particularly the city of Los Angeles. I never recieved a reply from Mayor Sanders. I am thinking that may actually come soon, perhaps shortly after a a certain city in your state recieces an earthquake in a very, very specific region, I believe I recall the warning was a Mag 5.3 or larger, likwise along the way Sunday took on a strong point of reference in the same warnings. Perhaps you may think me not to be what I say I am, A servant of Jah', but rather some quack who merely got lucky when he told your office on TWO Occasions of a quake due to your city, one I had indicated to other individuals including news media would be "not a microquake" just 2 days before the quake at Ocotillo wells...3.7 I seem to recall, but then I could have been wrong...perhaps it was a microquake.
I guess I was pretty lucky when I told your office just 2 days before a quake struck the point loma on July 27th, 2002 that a quake would strike the region of San Diego, Coronado or both by the end of July 2002. Yeah, guess that looked like a pretty lucky guess.
The Texas floods of 2002 in which 26 counties were declared national disaster areas, which were warned of to both arrive in "June" and to "reach the size of a national disaster" for at least 2 months, perhaps 3 before they actually arrived. Yeah, "lucky guess."
Lets see, what other "lucky guesses" have you been privy to...? The 6.4 quake which struck Oxaca Mexico on February 12, 2008...seems like one could percieve I "lucky Guessed" that event and pointed to the day repeatedly in several letters, October 25, November 6, November 9, December 5, January 10...time and time again. "Lucky guesses?"....yeah, ok,... whatever.
The Williamette River made headlines in April, as did Locusts in "4/08", in several regions including in Australia, all "lucky Guesses"
some would say? Yeah, not me.
What about food prices lately, Hell, what about food shortages? Sure, you haven't been getting these letters since October of 2006, when others were warned about the food prices, but your 2002 letter warned you of seals being opened, and you have gotten enough of these to have been told of this coming famine and on many, many occaisions to "buy rice." Seems like Los Angeles was one of the first cities since WW2 to make headlines for incorporating food rationing. That was just a week or so ago. Someone told me just after, that they have been buying extra rations of rice since early last fall. NOW what is that one grain that has made so many headlines this last few days and weeks....was it..."rice?" I suppose that action was forsight based upon a "lucky guess."
So when I say to you now, "I guess" LA is about to get that quake I warned of soon, I feel I must ask you? Do you guess I might get lucky again? Do you guess it will happen?
Here is a better question, if it turns out that I am what I say I am, A servant of Jah', and if I were to now take my request made of your mayor Sanders, to the Mayor of Los Angeles...Do you guess that any blessing that God would have bestowed upon your city, might be given to L.A. pending at the very least, the minimum courtesy of a polite reply to my request?
I am aware that at least one person there in your offices may have taken note of the issues brought to concern in my letters to your city, and may likewise be taking heed to the warnings God sent me to give, if this is the case, they know already I have been calling God's Out according to Revelations 18, and they know likewise where to go. To that person, I indicate your time to move, is at hand, I issue a sense of urgency to elevate beyond considerations, and to start making implementations of the same.
In closing, an inquiry of your agency and Mayor Sanders that does not require so much specualtion...Getting rather dry around there, Isn't it?

ITEM THREE A SUMMARY POINT
Sir, you underestimated him who sent me...Why is it that in world who preaches so much of God, that when his servant shows up on the scene and says "HEY...GOD TOLD ME TO TELL YOU..." Everybody looks the other way? I mean churches all across this land preach of a God people are to believe in, and when he manifests himself they run...they teach people to Get closer to God, and then in the next breath tell them "GOD NO LONGER SPEAKS TO MAN"...What a load of Crap! Do you know they thought Jesus was nuts? His own family and friends...the disciples...I mean sure they loved him...but they thought he was BONKERS! In Mark chapter 3...Jesus is preaching, and the local yocal number 321 order of the scriptural betterment foundation for the personal growth of YwHW children Organization...looked up there books, (and I am sure they would have had a longer more prestigious title if time permitted) and found that Jesus hadn't paid his monthly dues...why, he didn't even subscribe to the newsletter...and so they are all upset, because he is teaching and healing on the Sabbath....and his family are called in...and they send his brother and his friends to get him...and what did they give for a reason...? They said..."HE IS BESIDE HIMSELF" Do you know what that phrase means? They thought he was bonkers!!
Mayor Sanders, perhaps you should have never viewed me as a novelty, perhaps even if you did not, you should have at least replied. And if you did or did not, in any event, you should have pondered that one day, you might wish to make an inquiry of me, and I may return the favor of not responding in any fashion to your request.
CONSIDER MY PEOPLE sir...that was all I asked, you could have said something.
