I don't understand the purpose of the writers of this article in promoting these scare tactics. I can only assume their intention is to scare folks out of blogging the truth about news stories due to irrational threats of prosecution.
The AP News Service, by uploading their content to Youtube, has already granted permission for it to be used by any Youtube user according to the Youtube Terms of Service. This includes imbedding the content on other sites, if they upload it with imbedding enabled.
