Rev 9:15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
Rev 9:16 And the number of the army of the horsemen [were] two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Rev 9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses [were] as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
Joel 2:1 Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the LORD cometh, for [it is] nigh at hand;
Joel 2:2 A day of darkness and of gloominess, a day of clouds and of thick darkness, as the morning spread upon the mountains: a great people and a strong; there hath not been ever the like, neither shall be any more after it, [even] to the years of many generations.
Joel 2:3 A fire devoureth before them; and behind them a flame burneth: the land [is] as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
Joel 2:4 The appearance of them [is] as the appearance of horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run.
Now quoting The Seventh Angel /Second Latter Day Witness of this last generation :

Revelation Chapter 9 Star Fall from Heaven – Rev. 9:1 The star represents a comet. The Key – Rev. 9:1 This key refers to the great comet-induced earthquake. Bottomless Pit – Rev. 9:1 The bottomless pit refers to the huge caldera/volcano. Opened the Bottomless Pit – Rev. 9:2 A great comet-induced earthquake will cause a huge volcano/caldera to violently explode. Dust, smoke, and ash will be violently ejected into Earth’s atmosphere, blotting out the sun, moon, and stars. Locusts – Rev. 9:3 Locusts symbolize the dust,, smoke, and ash that darken the sun. This causes famine when agriculture fails, just as if locusts devoured vegetation. The Grass – Rev. 9:4
22
This grass represents the third latter-day group (great multitude) of redeemed. Green Thing – Rev. 9:4 These green things refer to the second latter-day group (144,000) of redeemed. Tree – Rev. 9:4 These trees symbolize the first latter-day group (initial church members) of redeemed. Those Men – Rev. 9:4 These men also symbolize tribes/nations of Christendom. Seal of God in Their Foreheads – Rev. 9:4 To have the seal of God (seventh angel’s message) is to have the revelation of all seven small parts of the seventh angel in your mind (forehead). However, the final sealing (binding) takes place during the 3-½ days after the third 2300-day period. Tormented for Five Months – Rev. 9:5 The torment of famine lasts for five months from the time of the comet’s impact. These five months are the duration of billowing smoke issuing from the bottomless pit before the lava begins to flow from it. The new Time of Atonement takes place during these five months. Torment of a Scorpion’s Sting – Rev. 9:5 The torment of a scorpion’s sting is being compared to a person’s hunger pains during a terrible time of famine. Men Shall Seek Death and not find it – Rev. 9:6 People who slowly wither away by famine will wish they had died in the comet’s impact and hail. However, that quick death will have fled/passed from them. Shapes of Locusts like unto Horses – Rev. 9:7 These figurative locusts have bodies of horses so they can be correlated with the six-winged beast (horse) whose face was like a man/locust. As a horse carries its rider, so these horses symbolize the wind that carries the smoke and ash. Crowns of Gold – Rev. 9:7 Crowns of gold reveal that the first two groups—symbolized by locusts with bodies of horses—have been redeemed. Thereafter, the third group is earning its crown of redemption. Gold crowns refer to the redeemed who will have been gathered according to the revelation of the scroll of life’s seventh part’s first evening-side by the moon’s silvery light with the duplicate sun’s coppery light in the same Sabbath’s evening sky (hence, the gold crowns). Faces of Men – Rev. 9:7 Faces of men on the locust-like horses correlate with the face of a man on one of the four six-winged beasts round about the throne. Hair as Women – Rev. 9:8 The locust-like horses have hair like women so they can be correlated with the Lamb’s (Chosen Vessel’s) Bride—first two latter-day groups of redeemed.

Teeth as Lions – Rev. 9:8 These teeth of lions symbolize how the smoke and ash shall devour/eat up vegetation. Breastplates of Iron – Rev. 9:9 The breastplates reveal that the billowing smoke and ash from the bottomless pit is unstoppable/invincible. Wings as the Sound of Chariots of Many Horses Running to Battle – Rev. 9:9 This describes the rushing sound of smoke and ash billowing from a huge opened volcano. Stings in Their Tails – Rev. 9:10 These stings refer to a person’s hunger pains. Power to Hurt Men Five Months – Rev. 9:10 Smoke and ash will issue from the bottomless pit/volcano for five months, from the time the comet hits the land. Kings Over Them (Locust-like horses) – Rev. 9:11 The king is the comet. Angel of the Bottomless Pit – Rev. 9:11 The angel of Revelation 9:11 personifies the comet.Quote "
