Ruth

I have found a nice video presentation of a Scripture Reading of Ruth set against a backdrop of Orchestra Music, lots of Violin, and interesting imagery as the passages of all 4 chapters are read. About 19 minutes total. Very interesting. I will post it here in a bit.

I was going to post some posts from my archives of last years posts made during Shavout. Such detailed conversations with Clive as to the manner in which the event was observed at Mt. Carmel during his years there since the early 1960s. Rather than do that, I think this year I will focus on the actual story of Ruth. The telling of such, is due to the Promise of a Davidic Kingdom, and the fact that David was a direct Descendant of Ruth.
I may not stay up all night, and will post the Scriptural reading of Ruth here on this board, as that does have the embed codes.

For now, here is a TEASER from a Newer Hollywood style film on the Book OF Ruth, and following are links to the 1960s' Hollywood telling of the Story of Ruth.
