I have found that it is generally best to assume that anyone who is not a Sabbath-keeper, does not realize that Sunday is not the Sabbath, and explain such to them at the very first mention. In other words, rather than telling someone "I won't work on Sabbath," I tell them, "I won't work on Saturday because it is the Sabbath."
