Okay, Undoubtedly there will be one or two, who would overlook the very content of this post
To make a judgement on the title alone, perhaps even in the promotion of their own agenda drawing
References from the Book of Daniel and making parallels of myself to one in Prophecy in Daniel who is
Said will Speak evil against the most high, or perhaps it says he will think evil in his heart against the most high, or perhaps it says both. But that is just the point, what does it say? Do you know?
Me, if you read this, you will find I am not criticizing God at all, the title is my way of shocking the senses, I often say provocative things to get people out of their comfort zones. But undoubtedly some may criticize.
Sure, they may make their parallel and quote verbatim, but you yourselves do you know? If your answer
Is uncertain, if it is negative, don’t you think it’s time you knew? Sure you can go look it up, but
In truth, in honesty, with something we regard as potentially the most important part of our life’s
Journey, even if such regard is only in superstition rather than actual belief, don’t you think it is time to
Lay doubt aside, to remedy ignorance, to end procrastination, and know for yourselves?
Recently, God began to lay on my heart the need for a more in-depth knowledge of the scriptures, to take you on a journey to that end. Wendi’s very first Sabbath Study confirmed the Spirit working to that end, as she was prompted to point a need likewise. There is something to be said for finding a part that interest you and reading it. Especially if you are not accustomed to actually studying your bible anyway.
It’s an excellent way to learn topical information, particularly in examining doctrines. But doctrines are profitable for reproof, that is, they can get outdated. They are profitable for instruction in righteousness, I am sure we can all use that from time to time. But I am not talking about learning doctrine, I am talking about learning “THE BIBLE.” Scripture records that truth is built upon truth, precept upon precept, but there is a lot in the Bible that people just aren’t aware of, and some would even turn away.
When I was in Waco a couple weeks ago, Sheila Martin noted during the Sabbath Study a story of a woman who started out to learn the bible, but when she came across content that shocked her, her utopian view of the work was shattered and she chose to stop, cherishing that false view over the truth. Isn’t that what we are really concerned with here anyway, THE TRUTH?
I have prepared a Sabbath Study for this week, I was moved to write last Sabbath. The study begins to address a message I have been given, but only in highlight, and I am not here at this time to go into that message, quite frankly, some are just not ready for it and so I must refrain. But What I am here to do, and what I do in that study for this Sabbath, is point out some things which most simply never knew was in the Bible. I have even had two of the Branch Davidian survivors confess as much, one telling me verbatim…”I NEVER SEEN THAT BEFORE”…but even they are not ready, as the latter went on to tell me…”Well, David will explain that when he gets back.” The point though on that, is David didn’t show it to her, not per se’, God had me show it to her, but all these years, and something she simply never seen before.
