I knew a girl in college, who was in an adjacent building at the time of the bombing. She was a young teen at the time with no reason to lie. Her initial report to investigators... and that of all of the youth there with her... was that the first blast blew out the window, and the second blast knocked them off their feet as they ran to assist a student who had been injured by the glass...
