Yeah, Charlie's take confused me, too--maybe due to the short time allowed.
His first statement was his usual condemnation of David's actions, but then he followed it with a warning that All would be ressurected & that the FBI/ATF's agent's behavior would be witnessed to by their victims (including David) for final judgement.
The interviews & commentaries looked recent. I'd rate this report superior to what's been made by 20:20, Discover, & the History channel.
