Yes, there are many natural flea products. We have several at our site. (www.naturalcanine.com) The bigger picture you have to look at is the danger of supressive drugs to treat allergies. Steroids do nothing to address the real causes of allergies. You may wish to take a natural approach with this problem as well. Remember, itching and skin rashes are 'symptoms' not the disease itself. Get to the root of the problem and you will have a cure. Surpress allergies with steroids and your dog may develop a more sinister condition later on because the 'problem' was forced back into the body. Discharge symptoms (rashes) are actually a good sign that your dog is trying to eliminate the toxins. Why force them back into the body? Where do they go? The natural approach is to eliminate them before they have a chance to accumulate, aggravate and then cause 'dis-ease' or imbalance.
