This board is for TOTALLY NEW smokers, or for people who became smokers recently.

People who started smoking in the past but started again recently, are NOT allowed to post.

Posts of the following nature will be deleted on sight. Repeat offenders may be temporarily or even permanently banned. The moderator's decision is final.

Since most people start smoking several years before the law permits, posts by minors will be permitted subject to the moderator's discretion. Pleas for advice or help (except pleas for others to buy them cigs) will usually be allowed; boasts about number of cigarettes smoked or persuading friends to start will not. The moderator does not condone minors smoking but recognizes that it happens and that they may need advice or help.

Minors who post are strongly advised not to give their e-mail addresses or to respond to requests from others to begin an e-mail dialogue. Paedophiles use the Internet to "groom" minors so be careful.
