I started smoking last week, started on 2 a day and now building up to around 5 a day. I think that I am becoming addicted as I feel like I need a smoke in the morning when I first wake up. However, I do tend to wait a few hours before the first smoke, what should I do smoke as soon as I wake up? I am a bit scared that I will become too addicted and I will not be able to control the number that I smoke....what do you all think?
