Hi, Sunita, I picked up a pack of Berkeley Menthols, out of an urge to try something different today. I was a bit nervous of them, coz I's tried a couple of a friends years ago, long before I got into Menthols, and found them disgusting at the time, but as I'm now a fully converted, dedicated Menthol smoker I thought I'd give them another try, and I'm glad I did.
I was really surprised by them - they taste almost exactly the same as the Marlboro Menthols, except they are maybe even a little bit smoother. And they are 100s, so while they are about the same strength as Marlboro Menthols, they pack a bit more of a nicotine punch, on account of being longer - add to that they are a little bit cheaper as well, so more for less and just as nice. Double win, really. I think once I've finished up my stock of Marlboro Menthols I'm going to switch permanently.
They do have a an ever so slight sickly sweet under-taste that the Marlboro Menthols don't have, but I actually think it won't take more than a pack or two to actually get to prefer that.
You should think about giving them a try if you haven't already.
