I'm surprised that after smoking since February you are only smoking 4-5 a day. You might not be a very addictive type person, in that case stick with the lights and just enjoy it. As time goes on you still might find yourself more addicted and start smoking more and might decide you need a stronger cigarette. Be warned that if you do you will not be able to enjoy a light cigarette again. Remember part of the enjoyment of being a smoker is being addicted to something and giving in to it.

: I have been smoking since
: Feb. I smoke Marlboro
: lights, and around 4-5
: day. It has been a
: comfortable level. I do
: crave it throughout the
: day, but can hold off.
: It may sound strange but
: I actually like the
: cravings.
:
: Well this morning, I had
: my first of the day, and
: when I was done, I felt
: very strange. My body
: was telling me I wasn't
: done. This was the first
: time I had ever smoked
: two in a row like that.
: I just couldn't stop.
:
: Over the past few weeks,
: I have been really
: thinking about going to
: Marlboro Reds, thinking
: I would like the boost
: in Nicotine.
:
: I wonder if the intense
: urge to smoke two has
: something to do with
: that desire, or if my
: body is just ready to
: move up?
