Brown teeth and yellow fingers

I have just noticed that my teeth have brown flecks on them. They r ok on the front but on the top and backs they are dark brown. Could this be cos i dangle too much? My fingers also have dark yellow stains. Any advice or do i just accept it as part of being a smoker? I smoke about 2 packs marlboro reds a day
