I took lessons so that I could take my nephew to play when he visits. He's been to golf camp and is a much better player. He's 6, I'm 51. He likes to teach me things. After last weeks lesson on irons and looking through a magazine and reading "Naked" I think I've figured something out. Is your left leg supposed to remain in contact with the earth while you rotate around it? My teacher kept telling me not to lift my left foot. Also, I did find that the more I was able to let go, to use soft hands the better my swing. This is my second set of group lessons. I hope to join a ladies league in the spring. I play in St. Petersburg FL. Thanks, off to class!!
