Hi Guru
If you chip your provisional ball into the hole for 7 on a par 4 and then you find your original ball ( which was thought to be lost) lying at the back of the green for 2 but closer to the pin from where the provisional ball was chipped in ....is the original ball in play or does the 7 stand with the provisional ball?
