Hi Muriel, that's a great question!
Pre-season
- increase your aerobic capacity, strength, and flexibility. Perhaps yoga, swimming, walking, or any other class/activity you would enjoy.
- line up a couple of pre-season lessons
- several visits! Work on one or two specifics.
- Consider joining a league, maybe with a friend.
– Check(and replace if necessary) your grips, shoe spikes. Polish up your shoes, re-organize your bag and throw out anything that you don’t use – lighten your load!
- continue programs if possible
- Keep your equipment in good shape
- Congrats – you’ve enjoyed a season of golf!
- Clean and polish your shoes.
- Clean out your bag.
- Collect your trophies at the year-end banquet – I know, I know WHAT trophies? Give yourself a trophy or reward for meeting some of your goals!
- If you’re lucky – get ready for some off-season golf!
Thanks for your question,
Ann
