Posted by monde is your metabolic system, your biological makeup, your neurotransmitter system, etc. the same as that of a spider? if it's not, i would not let these pictures affect your drug use judgment too much. by the way, the same goes for rats. which i hasten to add, most so-called "studies proving marijuana causes brain damage" use for subjects. except for the one they did in the 1980s using monkeys hooked up to machines which caused them to inhale marijuana smoke. someone at the lab, it was found, didn't want to take the time to do the study right, or perhaps, wanted to skew the results. so he caused the machine to pump the smoke into the monkeys' masks for five minutes a day. we all know that six minutes without oxygen will kill a human and that five minutes without it will cause profound brain damage. not sure what the figures are for monkeys. i do know the truly braindead ones were the ones doing this study. a footnote on drug studies done on animals. think of the affects of PCP or ketamine on animals, and compare them with the same chemicals' effects on the human brain. if that doesn't convince you, nothing will.
