[url=http://www.nyoc.us or http://www.freewebs.com/jwanglers/]http://www.nyoc.us Steelhead and trout fishing has been excellent this week in the main tributaries on the east end of lake Ontario. The Salmon River has been fishing great with big numbers of considerably larger fish; most all other tribs have been producing well too. We had a double digit day on browns in the Oswego on Monday. The warm weather this week should open up some key creeks in northern Oswego Co. We did considerably better on steelhead in the Salmon River since they put the water up. Its been holding at a "picture perfect" 900cfs. With plenty of snowfall this winter, we should have more than enough of water this spring to continue an excellent season. -wink
