If you are looking for a sign that is time to fish for the first striped bass of the season in the hudson valley just look outside at the forsithia in your yard to see if they are blooming. They are starting and I've already caught a couple of bass in the Saugerties area.Nothing big,but its a good start. Our season is short so don't wait to long to get on the water. If you don't have a boat or just want to learn what puts me on fish fish almost all the time book a trip with me at www.hudsonrivercharter.com
