POINT BREEZE — Joseph Riefer of Oak Orchard died unexpectedly on Tuesday, Joe was one of the biggest boosters of sportfishing Orleans County has ever seen.
About eight years ago, Riefer and his wife Shirley developed a Web site called www.attheoak.com, which monitors fishing conditions on Lake Ontario and Oak Orchard River on a daily basis.
