fall smallmouth bass

october means big smallmouth on lake erie in buffalo n.y . the last five trips out on the lake produced some big fish . a 23 1/4 inch fish that was 6.14 lb,caught on a green pumpkin tube ,also several fish that were well in the low six range . mid to high 5lb smallies were also boated. tubes and crawfish worked the best . smallmouth in that range are possible on the lake in late fall and early spring . check out brauns outdoors bass charters and guide service ,for a fishing trip of a life time .
