Crappie are hitting well on Chautauqua Lake. The Burtis bay are is producing fish on fathead minnows and tube jigs. Fish seem to be in 2-4 ft of water. Today 4/18/09 the surface temp. was 55 in the afternoon. Chautauqua Reel Outdoors Guide & Tackle.

The crappie are deff hitting on flathead minnows and a bober. I cought 29 yesterday
