Paint, Powdercoat or POR 15

I've started getting prices on stripping and refinishing the frame on Rebecca's '66. It's not going to be a beat-up trail pounder like dad's but I'm sure she'll want to run it some, otherwise it's a daily driver. I've got a shop in town that said they would completely strip (media blast) and triple powdercoat (in any available color)the frame for $400.00. Does that sound about right as far pricing? I know they do good work, but it seems like I could get it painted for less. Suggestions?
