I recently did DBC on my 69fj55, everything was working fine, except the booster was making a whoooooshing noise. If finally decided it was a bad booster, so I replaced it, and was excited to take it for a test run. In about 10 min or so I was down the dirt road, and started smelling a burning brake smell. It was dark and I couldn't tell where it was coming from. So I forced the issue and drove it home. (If I took my foot off the gas and pushed on the clutch, my cruiser would come to a halt like you had the emergency brake on). I parked it for the weekend, then yesterday after work, I jacked it up and checked the wheels, only one wheel was kinda draging, the driver front, so I rebeld the cylinders, and tried again, this time it was daylight, and same thing happened again. I bled the brake line at the master and it freed up so I could drive home. I had already double checked to be sure the pedal was free at rest, now it is hard as a rock. What is happening? Help please.
