I have a fresh from the builder small block chevy motor for sale. All work was done at Gaines Grinding in Checotah, OK. It has 4 bolt mains and has been bored over .040 It has fresh Sealed Power flat top hyper... pistons, all new Sealed Power rings. I paid $750 for the work done. I am asking $400 for the block. Included are a pair of 305 heads but theay are in need of rebuilding. I also have a custom Oil pan available if someone is interested (might fit an S-10 V-8 swap?? not sure.
Not sure if this is of interest or not but I also have a TH350 trans (2WD) with a stage 2 shift kit and a 3000 or 3500 stall converter. Not sure of age on this transmission I know it was custom built for a 450HP drag car and only had 3 passes and less than 5000 street miles on it before the motor broke a ring. It shifts like getting hit in the A** with a 2X4 and is very solid. The fluid is of course still pink.
All this stuff came out of a 1991 Nissan 240SX so it was not fighting alot of weight. I also have the car for sale without engine or trans. for $500 (complete car, Just drop in SBC and trans, all exhaust and mods included) I will part with everything I have for this car (contact me for list) for $1500 I can send pics if needed, I am going to take some tomorrow.
