Hi all:
Sorry for the non-communication of late; been working stupid hours and I can't send emails since we changed ISPs. Anyway, at the April meeting we voted to hold the June meeting at Disney and also have our membership drive culminate there with another drawing like last year-raffle for a bullbar, ARB fridge or air locker. We will also hold our annual club elections then-not enough members present at the April meeting to hold election of officers. Make plans to be there for some wheeling and BS'n as well. We REALLY need better participation from our membership and also need someone with some energy to assume leadership as officers-I'm worn slick from work and will be stepping away from my officer position June 15th one way or another, so we need some people to be ready to step in and do a much better job than I did this past year. We are at a crossroads with GCC; if we don't get some energy infusion, we are headed the wrong direction- and quickly. Who will be at the Disney meeting? I think it will be at Hogans-Greg G checked and it's a good weekend for us there (3rd Saturday of June-Noon). Can anyone be there Friday night for camping and smelling a campfire? That's what I'm shooting for-it's either that or jump from a very tall building! Come on people-GCC NEEDS YOU--RIGHT NOW!!!!
