FJ40 drive train swap

Hi, I have a stock 69 fj40 and am thinking about putting a 22r and a tranny/transfer case out of an early 80's toyota truck in my fj40, has anyone ever done this? This fj40 runs and drives good but I think it would be a fun swap for a very dependible rig.
