I do not live in OKC, so here are some sugestions.
The bearing on the pinion? Do you have a cut off wheel? Remove the cage by cutting it. Grind a groove in the bearing, and then split it with a hammer and chisel. You could take it to a shop and have it removed. Heat up the new bearing with a propane torch before you try putting it on. Try and find a pipe a little larger than the dia. of the pinion to drive the bearing home. Or be careful with a punch.
