Hi,
Rockport Off-Road Park in west central Illinois is hosting several large events coming up soon.
Sept 10th - 11th & Oct 12th -13th are the RROCK Extreme Rockcrawl competitions with 4 classes of competitors. Check out www.rrock.us
Oct 1st & 2nd is the National Off-Road Shop Team Challenge which consists of 10 Off-Road shops bringing 3 rigs and 7 man teams to compete in a 2 day event on 5 various off-road stages. 5 different 4WD clubs host and judge the event stages. This event is for charity and our first shop competition in April which had only 4 shops was covered by Petersens 4Wheel and Off-Road (August 2005 issue) and we had over 1,000 spectators. Our local community is strongly supporting this event and even requested tech inspection be held on the town square of our county seat. We welcome vendors to set-up at these events. Vendors may set-up at any of our events free of charge. Our rockcrawl garden area has a brand new vendor set-up area very visible to visitors and in a nice shaded area. We have an indoor air conditioned/heated snack building with indoor restrooms.
