I'll have to check this out! I have yet to get a discount for TLCA from anywhere.
I used to buy from Jay Marks Toyota of Houston, and got a decent discount and shipping was close to,if not at, cost. Then after I got my FJ60 I ordered a muffler mount rubber, got a good price, but they charged almost as much for shipping as for the part. I discovered they had changed their name, and are no longer affordable to buy parts from.
I'm in Southern CA.
I buy a lot from Man-A-Fre now.
