I found a rpm calculator which gave the following results: in the final 4spd ratio (1:0) 31X10.50R15LT = 30.5 diameter a 31" tire @ 2500 rpms w/4.11 = 55.21 If these values are correct correct? With sites like this and others FJ40 setups, I have narrowed it down to the following choices:
Land Cruiser 4 speed transmission (`74 & up) coupled with existing transfer case.
Keep existing 4.11 differentials.
33X12.50R15LT = 32.5 diameter
a 33" tire @ 2500 rpms w/4.11 = 58.83
