Apraxia vs Phonology

Hi All- I have a preschooler that I think is borderline apraxic. He has many phonological errors (but no vowel errors) and displays apraxic characteristics as well. I am trying to devise a program that would work well for either/or. I have incorporated motor excercises with a modified version of Cycles. Does anyone have anything that has worked particularly well for them? Thanks!
