I have a female, grade eight student with long-standing vocal strain and breathy-to-hoarse voice quality. She has a recent diagnosis of sulcus vocalis, for which she has had surgery. The voice clinic has referred her to me for follow up. I have seen this student in the past, to help optimize voice use. I would appreciate any suggestions for follow up at this time. Judy
