I think I've had dismissal thoughts in the back of my mind for her. BUT...her mother teaches across the way from me and REALLY wants therapy to work. She realizes her daughter does not always practice good voice habits, but is hoping with more time she will? Her daughter has that type A personality and gets loud and excited over everything. (almost hyper I would say). During therapy time her daughter will SWEAR she doesn't screamn, use silly voices, yell, etc...but this last session we had -her voice sounded more hoarse than in past sessions. Ugh, thanks for the input
